Our machinery is able to cut through a variety of metals and alloys, from mild steel through to titanium, for a wide range of sectors and industries. The following is a brief summary of some of the materials we are able to cut here; it is by no means an exhaustive list of our capabilities, but it does showcase some of our most popular services.
Mild Steels (Carbon Steels)
Mild steel is one of the most common metals we work with and we are happy to provide a wide variety of mild steel grades.
Stainless Steels
We have experience in working with a variety of stainless steel grades.
Aluminiums
We are able to laser cut aluminium with a thickness up to 15mm at great speed, while retaining both high quality and accuracy.
Zintec & Galvanised
The advanced nature of our machinery allows us to cut both Zintec and Galvanised steels.
Hardox, Weldox & Xar400
The laser cutting technology we use means that we are able to cut high-strength steels such as Hardox, Weldox and Xar400.
Copper
Unlike many sub-contract laser cutting companies, we are able to cut Copper up to 8mm thick at rapid speed.
Brass
Our fibre laser also allows us to process Brass up to 10mm thick at an unbeatable rate.
Titanium
We can also process Titanium up to 8mm thick without issue.
